I contacted this company to do a roofing job for me. The owner told me spring of 2021 he would do the job. He put the strapping on in October of 2021. He told me he had the materials in the beginning of december 2021 and it would be completed by xmas (2021). He left my roof exposed with strapping screwed to it for the entire winter! He did not start/finish my roof until April 29 2022. He did an absolute horrible job. He screwed the flashing to the shaker siding I just had completed and filled in the gaps with caulking. All the flashing is bubbling out between each screw. There is a section that the screws are into nothing and are pulling my siding out and there are already holes in the caulking so it's only a matter of time before it leaks. He gave me the invoice with the due date the same day (May 4 2022) I told him I wanted it fixed and he said I had to pay him to fix it. I received a letter from his lawyer (June 30 2022) saying he is trying to put a lein on my house. I saw the business owner in a store on the weekend and he yelled at me as I was in the check out line and said "you plan on paying for that stuff Hillary" in front of about 40 people! The whole point of getting my roof done was so it won't leak and now it's guaranteed to leak. He sent me texts a few days after doing the roof to see if received the invoice. I didn't answer since I'm not able to have my phone at work and we'll have a life and he sent me a threatening text saying he would take legal action to secure his money.
