      I would never hire ********* again, they over charge me, for about 2 hrs of work the company charge me 5.197.99 and the report that they gave me did not mach to my description. For the fist hr the plumber used electric ill, which it cause the sewer water to come in my basement even more. He spend 45 minutes playing with it , and took him 15 minutes to clean his tool. That is one hr of work in total. Then they call Vac Trcuk to vacuum the mess that he caused. which took them less then hr. So in total that was 2hrs of work for 5.200$

      Client called us with an emergency call. Customers sewer was backing up into home. Toilet was already pulled.Used electric eel to try and clear blockage. Sewer started backing up into home more. Enormous amount of baby wipes came through with sewage into home. Our employees were covered in sanitary sewer waste.We returned at 5pm with Vac truck to clean out 4" of sewer water from basement. Sanitary clean up.Following day:Called township on client's behalf and asked them for an emergency check on sewer.Arranged for Township to come out and clean sewer from their ******** came in and advised that the city sewer was filled with baby wipes. Township took care of clearing out the city sewer on their side and confirmed with homeowner that they were now able to flush their toilets.Once basement is cleaned client said will call Plumb Tech to install back water valve to prevent sewer from backing up into home again.

      I would not use Plumb Tech again. I found his price to be about 3 times the average comapared to reputable plumbers in my area . From my personal experience I would never recommend this company . His attitude is poor and very confrontational. Told me offa d hung up after I called back

      Good afternoon We did a emergency call on Sunday morning 7:00 am. Had to clear the customers sewer backing up into the home, cleared the blockage and ran the Underground camera, obviously emergency rates were applied, customer called my office and was belligerent and rude, we will not be bullied by anyone.Please read all our positive reviews online Going on 27 years in business, and do not appreciate this type of behaviour from a customer, I stand behind my decision Kind regards *** Reimneitz

      Purchased a home in *******. Planned a new bathroom in the basement, looked for a plumber to install plumbing below the cement floor. Picked out Plumb Tech from ******. First contact with Plumb Tech was on July 16/2024, asked to receive a quote to complete the plumbing. Met to lay out my plan for the new bathroom.Was told framed walls required before starting, a quote would be sent out. So I worked to complete the framing. Contacted Plumb Tech to inform them the framing was complete and again asked for a quote. To this day Sept. 29th I have never received the quote!While waiting for the quote for the basement bathroom, my hot water tank started to leak on the floor. Since I thought Plumb Tech and I would be doing business, I reached out to them to see if they do gas work and could change out my hot water tank. (would need a gas tag for the insurance) Yes, they do gas and would have men in the next day to install a new hot water tank. They asked for pics of our current hot water tank information. I assumed this would be to replace with the same model, to make the replacement easy.Upon arrival they had a totally different hot water tank. This created extra work to install. The gas line was now to long and had to be replaced. They did not have any gas line in there van and had to go out and pick some up. It quickly became very clear the tech did not even know how to install this type of flex gas line, after many attempts had to call to find out how to install. Never received a GAS TAG!!! I wonder why? I have heard rumors!!After 4 hours to change the tank, received a bill for $2,991.11. I was outraged at this charge. Reached out to *** the owner, to ask if a mistake was make to the invoice. Was told no, it was accurate, after discussing this charge, we agreed to a $500.00 refund. Was told a reference number would be sent to show the refund to my credit card. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS.. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY..save yourself Money and Time!
