      I ordered a custom Bobblehead and received it. The amount I was quoted included shipping. I paid upfront, before I received the item. I was surprised when I received an invoice from ***** a couple of weeks after the transaction was closed. (1) the web address makes it seem like this is a ****************** my bobblehead was shipped from *****. (2) I wish I had just been told there would be additional fees upfront. That way I would not have been surprised and I would have factored it into my decision to go with this company. I reached out to *********** to ask if they could look into or look after the surprise extra (*****) fee. They asked for a copy of the ***** receipt which I emailed to them. I have never heard back from them. What a crappy experience. Don't lie to your customers.

      n Jan 2023 I placed an order online with Bobbleheadz.ca. I wanted to purchase one for my boss as a surprise. I realized after my purchase that I did not get a receipt and once Bobbleheadz responded that they received my request, I asked if they would send a receipt. I had to send an email twice before they responded indicating that they would send it 'soon'. I have never received one, but I didn't pursue it as I have my credit card stmt.Bobbleheadz provided me with several proofs of the model they had made of my boss. None of them came close enough (I knew it wouldn't be absolutely perfect) and I kept reply to their emails indicating places where I believed needed fixing.After several emails and no resolution, on Mar 6 I sent an email requesting a refund. I received no reply. On March 20 I send another email to which they replied, "Our team is checking on your order and will get back to you soon." (that word 'soon' again. On March 29 I sent another request because I still had not received a refund (or another proof). On April 11 I sent another email. Nothing has been forthcoming - not a reply to my latest emails, nor a refund, nor another attempt at trying to make the bobble head. An additional 6 emails to Bobbleheadz since my last April 11 correspondence - one with a new and better photo to use. Another proof was sent not using the most recent photo - clearly not a likeness and again I asked for a refund. Not another word from them in the last two months since my last email.I am so disappointed and not a little bit angry at the complete lack of customer service as well as disregard for the claims of "Similarity Guaranteed" "Unlimited proofs until ************** * ********* Guaranteed" that this company has in big letters on their website.I did my research before choosing Bobbleheadz.ca and also had a co-worker check them out as well before I decided to choose them. It was clearly a mistake. Several emails, no bobblehead for my boss, no refund. Zero stars.
