Bad products. Bad service. Our furnace is a year and a half old and been nothing but problems. I'm not sure if it's undersized for our house or if it was improperly installed. Takes them three visits to diagnose and fix the problem. Inflated almost $800 bill. 3 weeks later furnace died again. They will not come out without charging me again. Was with ****** for 15+ years prior with no complaints. Go with ******.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with our company. We understand how frustrating it can be to have issues with your heating unit.

Your first service call since installation of the new furnace in October of 2023, was a call into our after hours service for your air conditioner not working on Saturday July 12, 2025. *** did not install this air conditioner.

During the visit on Sat July 12, 2025, our ********** found that someone had changed the fuses on the furnace control board and the improper fuse was installed. It was determined that the air conditioner caused the furnace control board to blow.  By your own admissions, you the homeowners had changed the fuse on the control board. To be *****, changing the fuse by an unlicensed ********** voids your warranty. Unfortunately during this initial visit, the ********** did not have the required parts to fix the control board at the time.

On Monday July 14, our office staff reached out to you for follow-up and advised they would be sending another ********** out with a new control board to get you up and running. When the 2nd ********** installed the control board, it was found to be DOA and a new one had to be ordered.

We returned on Wed July 16, with another control board. We installed the second control board and also replaced the transformer as it was blown. Your furnace was working and the air conditioner started up with absolutely no issues.

We did in fact charge you for the service call, as it was for the air conditioner and not the furnace also it was found that the control board had been altered by an unlicensed person, which voids the warranty. In good faith, we did honour control board under warranty however we were unable to honour the labour warranty. The unit was fully tested and was working properly as designed after our visit on July 16, 2025.

On Saturday August 9, 2025, out after hours service received a call from yourself advising that the entire HVAC system stopped working, however you did not want someone coming out for service until the beginning of the week.

Our office contacted you on Monday August 11 to arrange for a service call . We explained to you over the phone that we will happily send a ********** out to look at your unit and we explained that if the issue turns out to be with the air conditioner again, you would be charged for the service call as we did not install the air conditioner & we could not honour a warranty from another company for the air conditioner and we only installed the furnace . You refused service.

We did ask that you pay your outstanding invoice from the initial service in July. At no point, did we say with certainty that you would be charged for this call, we just provided you with the information that if it was found that the air conditioner was the problem, you could be charged for the service.

Your husband had also reached out to our office and we fully explained everything to him. We had set up a service call with our **********s for Tues August 12, 2025.

You contacted our office again, advising that you logged a complaint against us and at that time, we explained we had spoken with your husband and set up the service call for Tuesday. You again refused the service call, so we cancelled it.

We have tried coming to a resolution with you and it has been refused. We are more than willing to help resolve this issue for you within reason. Please give us a call so we can discuss this further and provide you with the assistance you need.
