    On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, I used the services of Discount Movers - Owner ************************* of *******, ********He provided two movers for my job of moving me out of my previous address to my future apartment.**** the owner showed up at the future apartment in the afternoon to show me that the movers broke the leg off of my fabricated wooden mirrored jewelry cabinet stand. I was very tired as I was suffering with vertigo and therefore reacted very calmly and professional as I thought accidents happen. I told him that the movers also scratched the wall at my former location and it also needed to be repaired. He offered me $50 off of my bill for repairs that I said I could have looked after. I accepted. Later that evening when the moving job was complete and the job was paid for, I also discovered that my footboard to my solid maple wooden bed was dented and scratched. I called **** the very next morning and he immediately came to my apartment to view the footboard. He offered a $200 discount on a future service that I booked with him right then and there, as I needed some furniture to be picked up and delivered. We shook hands on the deal. He seemed very sincere and like he was a professional decent businessman. A couple of days later on May 27, 2024, I found that the movers punctured and ripped the dust cover under one of my swivel chairs. It was too late in evening to call ****, so I did so the very next day. He took my call. I explained to him what I found and his response was completely unbelievable and very unprofessional. I indicated this to him and he once again was rude and unprofessional with his response. I asked him with total and absolute disbelief if he thought that was the way to treat a customer. He hung up on me and has now blocked my phone #.
