On February 5th, 2024, I brought my car into Auto Selects Casselman for an inspection as I had wanted an assessment if there was any damage to my vehicle. My vehicle operated normally, no pulling, no sounds, but I just wanted to make sure all was mechanically fine. I received a text message from the garage which state "we've looked at your vehicle and all seems fine !! the streering wheel is a little off centered a little bit which tells us that some of the adjustment have moved. I recommend doing a regular wheel alignment, that should be all it needs." I replied back, yes please proceed with the wheel alignment. When I picked up my vehicle, **** the service manager, explained that the alignment was slightly off that something was bolted on my car to correct it. He had not called me to tell me about this service or to provide me with a quote for it. I asked him for the invoice, but he said it wasn't ready yet, but that I could take the car and he would send me the invoice my email. Before leaving I asked him how much it would cost and he stated it would be a "little amount". Normal alignments cost less than $$200 so I thought that sounded right. Later that night I was sent an invoice of over $700. The bolting correction cost over $500, which I did not consent to. My spouse called on Feb 6th and asked for an explanation of the charges, **** became flustered and stated that he would sent a credit invoice to remove the charges. Nothing came in and on Feb 8th, I emailed enquiring about the credit and I received no response. On Feb 9th my spouse called again but as soon as **** realized who it was he stated that an invoice would be issued in a few seconds and hung up on him. My car left this garage pulling to the right and I had to pay for another alignment on the Feb 12th from another garage which only cost $110 steering adjustment and alignment. The call on the 9th was to see if ****'s garage wanted to fix the issue they caused, but couldn't get a word in
