            We hired this company in 2019 to replace our driveway and front walkway. The perimeter and walkway were interlock, and the middle of the driveway is asphalt. We were told to stay off of it for 1 week after the job was done, and we stayed completely off it for 2 weeks just to be sure. Less than 2 years after being installed we have clearly visible 'troughs/waves' where the cars go in. We ALWAYS keep our vehicles in the garage so they are not resting on the driveway for any prolonged period of time. I contacted the sales rep in April and he came by in early May (8). I followed up on May 17 and he indicated that he had sent pictures to ***** **** ******. On May 21 texted '***** will be by to look at your place next time he is Orleans'. On July 7 they still hadn't come out and I was told the same thing: 'next time we are there'. I called this Tuesday and left a voicemail on *****'s line. No call back. This company supposedly has a 5 year warranty. Too bad they can't be bothered.

            ***** and his crew are amazing! We had our laneway expanded and done. We also created a walkway and redid our front steps and entryway. Our house was draining to our foundation and they not only built it back up, they completed to job with top notch standards ensuring our laneway will stay great for years to come. Fast forward, **** is installing fiber optic infrastructure in our neighbourhood and J.Wilson will be coming back to correct any damage done by the contractors. These guys go above and beyond to ensure that we remain happy and our project still looks beautiful. Thank you so much for giving me the peace of mind I needed.
