    1. Ensuite quartz dropped/broken on day of installation. (new quartz counter chosen & installed) (resolved)2. Main bathroom missing sidesplash (now resolved)3. All ABS P-Trap, ******, Couplings removed (now resolved)4. 3 1/2" x 5" drywall cut out of kitchen wall, electrical slashed. Power outage 5-6 days on one whole side of kitchen. Wiring was later wrapped with electrical tape. I was advised by contractor this does not pass code, needs junction box. This contractor therefore will not install backsplash covering up this code problem. ( not resolved)5. 36" cabinets on far wall were sagging/bowing due to structure & support issues. 36" cabinets should have had a 36" metal support bar before quartz installed. Installer glued upper cabinets to quartz. So far, this cabinet seems to be okay. (now resolved)6. 2nd set of 36" cabinets on opposite wall now sagging due to lack of support. Again, these 36"cabinets should have had a 36" metal support bar installed before quartz was installed. These pot drawers now rubbing on upper/lower drawers. (Not resolved)

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    A reply was sent to True Stone Counters on Fri, Nov 17th asking that he forward my name, address and ph#'s to his electrician in order to resolve the electrical issue bringing the spliced wiring up to code. I am still waiting for a response.

    I'm not sure what that means...?  You asked **** to go ahead and send the Electrician but he didn't respond to you?  If that's the issue then please contact me directly and I will make the arrangements for you right away.
