            On April 14 2021 I paid for my car to be shipped from Ontario to Alberta from a towing company because my car got in pounded and it was already there. they said they could ship it so I paid for the impound fees and the shipping fees which was $1695 for shipping alone. I had spoken to the man he said he I can get my refund because my car got repossessed. Now that I'm asking for my refund he won't return any of my calls, texts or emails. I just want the money back from the shipping because my car never got shipped.

            I have not used their service. I have, however, experienced their parking in local lots. One truck in particular, parks at the *********** at Franklin and Pinebush. Often, backed up to the sidewalk, with the stinger hanging well over the walkway. This makes it not only difficult to pass, but also unsafe!
            Perhaps these type of parking lots are NOT the best place for tow vehicles to park! Or, please have the courtesy to leave the walkways free for everyone to pass!
            Parent with a stroller who is very unhappy about having to take my baby into the parking lot to pass the parked tow vehicle.
