With our numbers changing because of covid numbers John barely responded to our emails then finally sends us an updated quote the week of the wedding and he had removed 60 of our dining chairs. Tried to say we asked to take them off but we never did and he left us without any chairs 4 days before our wedding. Never once offered us money off of our order for his mistake. Had to call around to 15 other rentall places and luckily found replacement chairs. They delievered our other stuff we had ordered from them 2 hours after the time they had specified so we were just waiting around. Finally got to organizing the stuff and they had shorted us ceremony chairs and dinner plates. Called them soon as we found out and they never returned our call. Finally got ahold of John the morning of our wedding and he said he'd send stuff out that day. It showed up an hour before our ceremony and we almost didnt have enough chairs for our guests.
