******************** I contacted Harman to book a move. Booked 3 guys and a truck. They showed up 3 days late with a 26' truck. I asked if my whole house would fit in that truck and they said it would. Meanwhile 3 truckloads later, $3,000 e-transferred, ****** money and boxes the story was just starting. Read other reviews I have left before, you will see I have never left a review like this before. I'll summarize by summing it up for you in point form. By the way, I gave them 3 days to redeem themselves, the were not interested, so here we are:

- Showed up late each day - 3x
- Didn't show up one morning, saying they would, to offload a ****** - My wife and two kids helped me offload it. Took us 30 mins! Would have taken them 3h
- Put a hole through the ceiling with an exercise machine after I TOLD them they should take the arms off, they didn't and they were laughing that the machine was stuck and they couldn't get it out until I gave them an allen key and they did what they were supposed to in the first place. When I asked them why they didn't take off the arms, their response was that their tools were in the back of the truck and they couldn't get to them.

- At this point, the damage to the furniture, the fact that they didn't wrap anything, that they threw the boxes in the garage and didn't put a single piece of furniture back in place despite all the money I paid them.
- The last day, I had no choice but to work with them. They even asked for a tip, and guess what, I tipped them - good too! Because at the end of the day, know one thing, Karma is a B......!
- The last day, the truck took twice the time to arrive to my new house - boxes were missing. Nothing too important, as the expensive stuff I loaded myself in my SUV and they arrived safe and intact for obvious reasons.
- Consistently the movers were ALWAYS on the phone while moving pieces.
- They would move a couple of boxes and and take a 15 minute break
- They would constantly ask - "Is this going in the truck?" YES we are moving, EVERYTHING is going in the truck.
- Lastly, they would not stack the boxes and accommodate the cargo to maximize the space, so that they would need more trucks.

To put things into perspective, my previous move was MUCH larger than this one. It took three guys ONE day to a) disassemble, b) pack, c) wrap, d) move and e) put everything back in place WITHOUT a scratch and it cost less.
