    My son had oil change Aug 2/25, they failed to tighten the oil drain plug. On sept 19 we had to tow vehicle to *** dealership due to engine failure. My sons notified this establishment and they ignored him so I started calling them and received the run around as well over the phone. I advised them and emailed them ***’s findings I was ignored and I requested the owners contact information was denied that I physically went to the establishment in person and again was denied the owners info. When I disputed this with the shop they stated that as per their policy they require the vehicle brought to them for diagnoses and they only cover 2500km or 30 days. First of all not one of them is a licensed mechanic so how can they perform diagnostics on vehicles when not one of them is a licensed mechanic?
    I cannot dispute there time line but they have it in writing from a *** dealership that it’s there negligence that caused the issue. I also had to physically go there and was never provided with an owners contact number. I was only warranted speaking to someone named ***** and *****. Despite my numerous phone calls and requests to
    Speak to the owner.They are also not putting vin numbers in their invoices. My sons engine is blown due to there negligence and they are not being accountable for their error at all. I would hope someone would question this establishment making a policy that requires you to bring the vehicle back to them when there is no licensed mechanic or equipment to even diagnose a vehicle they do oil changes and they shouldn’t even be allowed to do those in my opinion. Please post something to warn other members of the public about their negligent practices. There so called policy is on the back of invoice I did not even know it was there. My son is spending $9000 to
    Replace an engine at 88000km because of there negligence. They also should not be allowed to have a policy when they are not qualified to even perform that type of service.
