      The job was to startup irrigation system
      The dispute is overcharge. Last year, same company shutdown the irrigation system. However, they not only disconnect the power but also disconnect the wire in the pump. So the person they sent could not start it and then has to call an expert to come to solve the problem and charge 119. Also, charge overtime $108 because of this.
      I phoned them and ask them to adjust the price but they just did not change the total but change the nature of the service instead.

      The client submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau disputing
      charges related to a service call and extra time associated with a pump repair.
      The client believed the pump issue was related to our previous visit during the
      fall blowout.

      Internal Review Actions Taken:

      Review: Conducted by our Irrigation Coordinator
      2. Technician
      Consultations: Discussions held with the technicians for clarity on
      work completed.
      3. Management
      Review: Irrigation Manager discussed the issue with the owner to
      determine a fair resolution.
      4. Customer
      Follow-Up: **** spoke directly with the client to walk through the
      work performed.
      5. Invoice
      Adjustment: ******* revised the invoice to remove the service call and
      extra time but retained charges for sprinkler repairs, which were
      authorized by the client via signed approval.
      6. Field
      Follow-Up: A technician (scheduled within the hour) is on-site to make
      a final sprinkler adjustment.
      7. Payment: Client agreed to remit payment by **** by end of day.

      Outcome:
      1. We
      addressed the client's concerns professionally.
      2. Provided
      a goodwill adjustment to support resolution while still maintaining
      compensation for valid repair work performed.
      3. The
      client is satisfied with the resolution and has confirmed payment is
      forthcoming.
