              Original contract signed on July 13/20 for services to complete fiberglass pool install in spring of 2021 excluding concrete On March 30/21, Right on Landscaping arrived to start our project. All payments were made by us as set out in their schedule and their timeline. Their final requested payment was made week of May 17. Their communication since receiving this payment was almost nonexistent & phone calls/messages were ignored. When they did respond they were rude & unprofessional. We have made numerous attempts to contact them to complete unfinished work, provide us with some kind of timeline & provide us with missing equipment. We received an email on June 20/21 wishing us good luck & they walked away from our project. Due to breach of contract & unfinished work, we are seeking monetary compensation for unfinished work & missing equipment(ie: solar blanket & roller, winter safety cover, installation of 1663 sq ft of sod and soil, drywell cover, pool school--opening and closing)

              Hired right on landscaping to pull up old patio stones relevel and relay the bricks halfway through the job owner said he could not finish the job said he didn’t have time to do it anf that he had misquoted the price he might have had time if he hadn’t disappeared off the job site for 4 hours leaving his only worker alone who could not grade the site by herself he said he would give me a couple of names of contractors who might be able to finish the job but he never did .A week after they left I noticed my 6 foot pry bar they were using was missing I contacted the owner who said his worker had taken it by mistake and they would return it within 2 days that was 2 weeks ago I’ve still have not received it I sent the company two emails asking for it back and got no reply ** * ***** ***** **** ** ********* **** ******* ** ******
