    Since august 2023 the company has been withdrawing money out of my bank countless times, they are not willing to give me a statement of what money is taken out for what reason. They are taking double scheduled payments and are unwilling to change any payment dates for me, which has resulted in me being charged an incredible amount of NSF fees through my bank account for money being withdrawn without permission and on non payment dates.

    Hello, My name is ****** ****** and I previously had a car loan through source one financial. I filed bankruptcy in June 2023 and my accountant continues to be debited. Since I am bankrupt, they are no longer legally allowed to debit my account. . My name is ****** ******* I filed Bankruptcy on June 5th of 2023. As per the rules when someone files bankrupt “ You also have a right not to have creditors ****** you or take money from you after you start a bankruptcy or consumer proposal. When you do this, all creditors are “stayed”, meaning that they no longer have permission to debit your account.” You have continued to debit my account since I filed for bankruptcy on June 5.Once a bankruptcy is received you are no longer able to debit my account. My account has been debited ever since, and I need this dealt with ASAP. A payment was just taken on December 20th. My bank advised me it is you who needs to return the money.     I had a car loan with this company, I have traded the car in, after weeks of ********** from them telling me my payment was overdue, and me telling them I had traded the car in, they are now claiming I still owe them 230.22. I asked them how when they were paid out, I asked why they gave the wrong payout amount? They claim the payout was inclusing of any payments withing 30 days, **** *********** **** ** ***** ** my payment amount was more than they claim I owe, and why would i still make a payment 30 days after no longer having the car. They need to prove why I owe money some for of documenttation not just an email saying we are taking this amount. I have a stop payment with my bank for any transactions from source one so they will not be able to take the amount. I have told them i will pay this amount on Jan 1st as i simply don't have the funds at this time, I will pay after they show me documentation on why I wouyld still owe. They refuse to work with me in any ways and tell me they will just continue to try and take the money and charge me a 50$ nsf fee every time it fails. I am willing to pay the amount if they can prove their claim I still owe, But not any extra fees for their refuse to work with me in any way.

    Auto Loan Company - Source one Financial 1. My vehicle was deemed a total loss 2. There was a balance on my loan after Insurance payment was provided to Source One Financial. 3. Balance of Loan was paid in full via Bank Draft and couriered to the address for service provided. 4. Countless emails and requests for confirmation cheque was received at their office. 5. Customer Service blaming Accounting and system failures for lack of confirmation cheque was received 6.     Hi. My issue with this company is that have multiple entries in my credit report. I have attempted numerous times in the past 2 months and they refuse to change it. I have sent them proof of the ******* report as I am sending one to you as well. They just ignore me and its afftectin my ability to get things done with my home. Can someone please help

    Hello i am reaching out today in regards to a finanical loan i have with said company. I have been reviewing my payment history and term legenths and would love to speak with someone in regards to my car loan. I am currently sitting at a 20.99 apr rate. I had contacted the company to nego a new interest rate and review if i was given the best rate possible. I was advised they DONOT offer refiancing and will not review any options whats so ever even though i have been a client for 3 years. They completely directed me away back to the dealership to review car loans. Even on their website they indicate they have flexible options for people who have finanical hardship, young buyers, and underlying medical conditions with im all 3 and i received zero help in regards to this. I had orginally took loan of $24xxxx out in aug of 2020 and i have paid $15xxxx on term. I have extended a few payments out but i also reviewed the payment history and alot of it doesnt add it to what i had actually paid on that date. Reason being for reaching out as i want someone to review the contract payment history and review what options are available in my situation as the loan term hasnt gone down any at all.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Reached out and explained that they do help with refiancing which was something i was interested in at the time. Explain the portions that have been paid is due to how the interest is accumulated on the loan. No further complaints.

    I have attempted to contact all week in regards to a payment that has been returned. I made my due deligence of contacting the buisness prior to advise of this and i would like to tackle the fees right away before they incurred more. Upon speaking with a couple reps i had requested to spesk with a manager and was advised i would be contacted after a meeting. Days later of multiple contacts in nobody is able to help and have sent mutiple requests in to have this resolved. Interest is building daily while trying to come to a resoultion for this and they have been far from helpful. I would love some assistance with getting this cleared up asap.

    First of all I never received any papers or documents about my loan….second off my first payment is coming out on the wrong day (not on a pay week) third I can not understand the representatives on the phone and my emails are being ignored when asking for a supervisor.
