    On Sept 11, 2025 I was rearend *** ******** ** ******* ** ** *** ** **** ! This company came in and towed me to the reporting centre ******** ***** along with the gentleman who hit me !! Since I didn't go with his Collison centre and went with the insurance recommended centre his tow bill was $1600 . ***** *** *** ** There was nothing on the form I signed either . I researched **** tow trucks can charge $400 ,for hook up plus $3.25 to $7.50 per km should have cost more that $800 at the most !! *** ***** *** ***** ******* *** ***** *** ***** ** They need to be regulated more !! This company seems very friendly and helpful but in the end they prey on people who've gone through a trauma and are not thinking straight!! Im sorry that is no a great professional way to do things !! I will never ever let a tow truck driver hook up my vehicle again!! It was in their tow yard when my insurance went to get it they refused to release it as well !! Yes I signed the release form on the Tuesday before!! Took a photo of it as well !! ***** business practices!! Thank you for your time and support in this issue
