We had a clear verbal agreement for a move-out cleaning at $175, yet without any notice or justification, she demanded $400 instead. The entire communication was handled over the phone — and ****’s tone was ********** ***** dismissive, and unprofessional when questioned about the sudden price change.
    This was a ******* ****** of our oral contract, *** ** ********* ******** ********. I had made it clear that I, not my mother, would handle payment. Instead, **** went behind my back to pressure my mother with an inflated price, showing a complete lack of ******* *** professional *********.
