    Issue: did not receive a window for a bunkie I purchased and cant get a response from the company I purchased a bunkie from EasyUpStructures in November 2023. The transaction was online, payment was made in full and I was told to contact them in the spring to arrange delivery. I started emailing the person I had dealt with in the spring (May) to arrange shipment. It took a couple of tries before I got a response from someone by a different name from a different company (Logkitscanada) Once I was confident this company was now dealing with my purchase we started to discuss shipment. Starting in mid-May I tried multiple times to confirm shipping details. I was told a number of times that my bunkie would be coming to the east coast with a custom home and I would share the costs. Despite saying all the right things when I actually spoke to someone there was no follow up and no updates from them to me when their plans changed. Approximately a month later and no closer to finalizing shipment of my bunkie from northern ******* to northern *************, I agreed to sub the one I purchased for a similar model available in their ****************** (assuming this would make shipment easier). I only agreed to the substitute bunkie because I was told I could have a window sent to me from *********. However, by the end of June/early July there were still no plans for shipment of the bunkie from Fredricton or the window from *********. After numerous attempts to get shipment confirmed, I finally hired someone myself to pick up the bunkie in ***********. I now have the bunkie but no windows. The bunkie is not usable without a window. I am no longer getting any response from the person I have been dealing with since June (*****). 9 months since my purchase and communication/customer service has been very poor. I would really appreciate some help to resolve this issue and receive the window I was promised at no further cost to me
