    ******* We contacted We R Tops to replace our kitchen counters (2 L-shaped counter tops and an L-shaped breakfast bar) in the summer of 2024. A gentleman (Andy) came to our house and measured the counters on June 19th. The same man and a helper arrived at our house on July 17th to do the installation. Everything seemed to go great until we did a thorough inspection of their work once they had left. They had made the counter 1/2” too short on one end, so it didn’t line up with the tiling. Then tried to cover it up by putting white silicone on the blank spot. Also the seam where the counter top, breakfast bar and bend in the counter meet did not line up, all three were out of alignment. Obviously Andy measured it incorrectly on his first visit. *** **** ****** ***** *** **** ***** *** ** ***** *** ******* **** * ****** *** **** *** *****  When my wife called Andy ** ****** ***** *** ******* ******* ** ***. ** **** ****** *** **** *** **** ******  He refused to fix it. On August 19th I noticed the countertop behind the sink had cracked. We called We R Tops to ask about getting it replaced and they ghosted us for two days until I called them back today. **** ***** *** ***** ** ****** ****** ******* *** ********* ***  He said it wasn’t cracked when it was installed so too bad. He also **** ** ** **** ** *** ****** ** ** ******* *** hung up on me twice. Terrible manufacturing, terrible installation, terrible customer service and zero guarantee on their product. *** **** *** ***** ** ******** * ** *** ***** *** *** ** *** *** **** **** ******

    We had countertops installed in late 2022 with this company.
    Big mistake.
    I have a small countertop area on each side of my stove. When they installed the countertops in this area, one side had a lip, and one side was flush with the cabinet it was resting on.
    When I say "side " I'm referring to the edge of the countertop that runs parallel with the sides of my stove.
    Anyhow, the first time he came, he only brought two pieces of countertop with him. The large piece for the main countertop, and the small piece for the right side of the stove. He said he forgot to bring the piece for the left of the stove.
    Aprox a week later he came with the forgotten piece.
    He appeared to be in a rush, and couldn't have stayed more than five minutes.
    Fast forward a few weeks, and although I couldn't put my finger on it, something was nagging at me.
    Finally, I realized what. The countertop edges, as explained above, weren't even.
    (We were in the middle of having whole house renovations done, so my stove wasn't put into place until a month later)
    When I called to complain, I was spoken down to, and given excuses : "It's all I could do, your walls aren't straight " and " When your stove is in, you won't even notice it "
    Since then, my husband has physically gone into the store and spoke to the woman behind the counter, who assured him that they would take care of it.
    Fast forward a week and nothing. No phone call from them, etc.
    My husband called today and got the same B.S that I did; the owner denying that he did anything wrong.
