    My name is ******************* I have had previous service of my vehicles and my grandmothers CRV at Welburns ********* Where they damaged a tire of hers and had to use our CAA to have the vehicle towed back in for them to fix. Im sure this is on their records. They bought a replacement tire for this issue after arguing the issue was not theirs. More recently, had new tires installed and balanced on my 2009 ***** Fit, which showed damage / wear on the outside of the rims. Not too concerned as this is an A-B carMore concerning, June 26th 7:30am.Booked for struts and an alignment The windshield plastic is now cracked at the middle, several fasteners are missing, the ones that are left appear to be separated, theres a dent through my paint on the passenger top corner of the hood, as well as soot. The plastics were holding on by the windshield wipers. On the drive home, travelling east bound, the left side piece flew off on highway 2 and came close to hitting a person walking west bound in the east bound shoulder, with what looked to be a travelling bag. He thankfully picked it up after I turned around to pick it up.I had to get back home to put our daughter down for a nap however once back outside, in an attempt to fix the plastic for now until meeting, my hood latch does not work. Furthermore, my windshield wipers do not work either. I expressed these concerns to the business by email. Which was suggested to drive in to fix this. At this time my vehicle is unsafe to drive as the windshield wipers do not work. Both my wife and I are working night shifts. I am working 12 hour shifts and have acquired another vehicle to use. Earliest to meet would be Tuesday. ***** Welburn called, June 27th 8:30am, we discussed the issues. He said your hood was already ****** nice explaining from a business owner. He did not admit to the hood damage or wiper issue. Am requesting a full refund. He has no intent of repairing. Will have the Fit repaired from ***************** Autobody.
