    I purchases front entry door that was installed around October 2022
    As if winter 2023 I started having problems with the door as weather strip was not blocking any cold air into the house
    There is a visible gap and door lock and door is not installed properly

    As a result I called the installer in Feb 2024 then again March 2024 and continue to follow up since to have the door fixed and front lock entry fixed for a safety reasons
    He has told me that he will come and fix but each time made an excuse that he could not come
    I continued to follow up till now but he has not returned my phone callas and nor the door has been fixed
    I am very worried about winter 2024 as I am going g to have same issues and my front door does not lock properly as door is faulty and not installed properly
