    Well I'm 4 weeks into what should be a standard warranty replacement. 80 gallon hybrid tank compressor failed after one year. No hot water since Christmas.
    Communication has been poor at best. Nonsense of urgency.
    Reaching tech support for a hybrid - impossible. **** **** **** ***** ***** ******* **** ***** **** **** *** ***** ***** **********. No tech support if they fail.
    Still waiting for an ETA on a new unit. Awesome experience for a family of 5 who just dumped $5,000 into "the best" unit on the market.
