    27 Oct @5:40pm was charged $15.41 for a pizza that was pending for over an hour and hasn't been made they said they would refund me on Monday and it's Tuesday Oct 29 and no refund is issued. Yesterday they sent me a msg saying my pizza is ready I called the pizza shop and everyone there hangs up the phone.

    I apologize for the late reply ** * *** ***** **** ** ** ********* ***** 

    The dispute that the customer has made is not valid. First of all, our device was facing some technical issues on that day. Therefore, we were unable to accept any new online orders. As a result, we had successfully declined the order number ********* on the next day which was placed by ***** ******* on October 26, 2024. * ** **** ********* two screenshots that contains the proof that 1. The order was declined by us. 2. The full refund of $15.41 (as mentioned by the customer) was issued to the customer on October 28, 2024. From our end we had given back the full amount to the customer *** *** ** *** ***** ** ******* ********* ***** ** ** ******* ** ****** *** ***** ******** Moreover, the message that the customer received about the order is ready was also due to technical issues as we had already mentioned that our online order system was broken down on that day. According to us, the refunded has been made and it may take a few business days to successfully receive back the money to customer's bank account.
