              I am writing to complain about BLS service centre in Brampton. I went there on Feb 12 *********** to surrender my Indian passport. They charged me $230.40 but on their website it’s $123.70. **** * **** ******* ** *** ****** **** *** ** ***** **** *** ******** ***** **** ** ******** *** ** ******** ******* **** *** * **** ******** ***** ** ** **** ******* *** ******** ******* ** *** ***** ******* **** **** ***** The representative was very **** when I asked why $100 is charged. I want to request that these ****** charges should be mentioned on website to maintain transparency and also I recommend to implement a survey system to rate customer service. I did complain on their website but there is no response that’s why sending this email. (Ref no. *************)

              **** * ********* ****. BLS is forcing applicants to pay extra for premium lounge ** ****** ******** ** ******* ******** *********. 1. They will find some fault, or engineer something that doesn't exist in the rulebook, to reject your application. Surprisingly, however, if you pay for premium lounge all your problems will get resolved automatically. 2. They are not providing the option to pick up documents in person. ** *** *** ****** *** ASK THEM HOW MUCH THEY ARE CHARGING YOU. Charges are non-refundable. **** ** ** ****** ******** ** **** ** ***** ************* 3. Slots fill up ************ very fast. You will not find a regular slot for 1 month in advance, but you can find a premium lounge slot for the next day. **** limiting regular slots so that people are forced to pay extra $120 ** *** ** ***** ***** 4. You don't need an extra pic, extra set of photocopies or random affidavits. ***** ******* *** Book a premium lounge slot and notice the difference ****** ********* ** ******. 5.
