    I wanted a diagnostic run they said 1.5 hours then 3 then I called after 5.5 hours and they told me I couldn't have it and that they were going to work on it and give the price when finished. After all that and arguing with them and employee scratched the car took the wheeler weights off 3 wheels didn't do the agnostic and tried to have my wife agree to all of it after being told I would be dealing with them I also found that an employe spit on my front seat and more than 1 employee told me no managers were there to speak to ar all and once I said I'd be going there immediately the assistant manager called and said he'd been there all day there more to the story but there was a code showing and when I got it back there was a brand new one showing I have a code reader so I looked myself before and after the visit so now my car is at risk my breaking down at any time *** ** ******** **** *** *** ** ****** * **** * * **** *** *** ** * ***** ******** *****

    Terrible service . You wait at the service desk and you are ignored while they are playing on their phones.
    I took my car for service and was charged double what I was quoted. ***** ******* ** ***** ****** ***** *** ******* **** ** *** ******** ** * ******** ** *** ****
    The dealership and sales team is great but service dept needs a serious revamp

    I went to get a new Kia Forte, paid $500 deposit as they asked. My car loan didn’t get approve from ***. And, according to company’s policy, my deposit should have been refunded, but they refused and said they got it approved from some other bank, which seemed ******* and suspicious. Manager, Mr. Younus M. was very **** and told they won’t refund my money. I changed my mind to not get this car. Totally unsatisfying and worst decision of my life that I went to this car agency.

    Purchased a kia seltos on nov 28 2022, *** ** *****************, terms n conditions 363.54 bi weekly, 84 month term , did not have established credit and a co signee was used. I have now established credit and wish to purchase new **** from ********, made a downpayment of $2500.00, and was advised by ******** financial advisor to go back to kia and request that they rebate
    IA gap insurance = 2890.00
    Fabric leather protection= 799.00
    PPX paint protection= 999.00
    RUST MODULE = 1799.00
    VISITED KIA SHOW ROOM AT CANAM CRESCENT TO DISCUSS REBATE AND KIA MANAGER WAS ADAMANT AND RUDE ABOUT GIVING ANY REBATE , DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CONVINCE ME TO TRADE TO A NEWER KIA . I AM VERY UNSATISSFIED WITH MR YOUNAS NOOR MOHAMMAD APPROACH TO THIS MATTER AND WOULD LIKE SOME ADVISE ON THIS MATTER. COMPLAINT WAS ALSO MADE TO KIA CANADA , WHO SAYS IT IS DEALER RESPONSIBILTY .
