              I got Dr. HVAC to install ductless Air Conditioner in my home in June 2021. The AC worked for literally a couple of months last year, and this summer it has not worked. Multiple times their technicians came to resolve it but could not. Every time I call them they send someone after 2-3 days, and to no avail. We have now spent multiple days in mid-30s temperatures this summer without cooling.

              I am glad I called Dr.HVAC. I was nervous about my furnace when I called Dr.HVAC. Earlier, a technician from another company red tagged my furnace and said I needed to replace my 6 year old furnace. He didn't even bother to find the root cause of the problem and if problem could be resolved by repairs. instead,he tried to sell me a new furnace. I called Dr.HVAC to get a second opinion. Their technician Chris D. was awesome. He arrived on time, was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He went over the inspection process with me and kept me updated throughout the inspection process. He even gave me several helpful suggestions to keep my furnace running properly. Furnace passed inspection . Dr.HVAC and Chris saved us thousands of dollars on a furnace that we didn't need to replace to begin with. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ***********.
