      An employee came to my house and measured my windows, gave a quote and said they give 100% guarantee or money back.

      He took $75 deposit in cash and said it will be ready soon in a week or so.

      Never called back.

      I called them and they never pick up my call. Always go to voice mail. And the voice mail is full

      On January 30, I made an in home appointment with Vince A. for blinds and shutters for the new house we had moved into. I told him this would have to be an urgent order and he promised an installation for Feb 3. I paid him a deposit of $150. After trying to contact him for several days, he has stopped taking my calls or responding to messages. It is now Feb 23rd and I still don’t have blinds or my money back!

      I was promised the best quality blinds from their employee Vince. *** ** ********** *** ****** ***. I was provided lower than sub-par quality almost second hand blinds and service. Their own installer said that’s how their blinds come poor quality. I am trying to get in contact with Vince but haven’t seen or heard from him since and customer service is giving me the run around for months now. So I have blinds in my house that look second hand that are tearing due to improper installation and creasing while keeping them half open. **** **** ******* *** **** ******** ******* *** *******
