    I brought my vehicle in for a CVT transmission rebuild and it turned into a complete nightmare. After paying nearly $10,000, my car has broken down nine times, been towed six times, and still has ongoing transmission issues. The 3 rebuilds didn’t even last 11,000 km in total before it started slipping again.
    From day one, ***** made promises about “upgraded parts” and high-quality service — but when I asked for proof of what was installed, he ignored me. Later, I discovered the parts used were the same low-quality ***** components I had clearly rejected in writing before the work was done.
    After picking up the car, I dealt with a laundry list of problems:
    Exhaust manifold leak
    Intake manifold leak
    Fuel system issues
    Oil pan leak
    Rats in the trunk and chewed materials
    Damaged diffuser
    Improper suspension installation causing tire damage and alignment issues
    Despite returning the car multiple times, ***** continuously brushed off my concerns and offered no long-term fixes. He blamed my driving, then asked me to “drive it more so the TCM can relearn.” Nothing worked.
    And instead of showing accountability, ***** ** *** ******** *** **** ******* ******** ** ***** ******** ****** with childish deflections like “GOOD LUCK” ** ******* **** ********* *****.” **** ** ******* *** ********* ** ********** **** ****** ******* *** **** ******* ** ***** ** ***** ********* ****** It’s truly unprofessional *** ********.
