      I entered into a contract with ***** 12, ******************************** the amount of $$33,830.00 for arbor rock retaining wall, grading area by wall, and stairs on another part of the property, grading, The work was completed slightly over the allotted time frame by mid July, 2023. On completion I contacted the contracted and gave a list of deficiencies which they eventually came back and did some. I placed numerous calls to them, phone calls, texts and emails however they continued to stall, do a bit and then leave. They promised to finish by fall 2023 but then snow came early. They promised to come out first thing in the spring ***** and did not. The scenario began again and finally in July, they came and again did a bit, botched up things, and suggested remedies to the deficiencies, and then charged for it. This dance continued throughout the summer and into October of 2024 when they sent me invoices for work they were supposed to fix and one for an adjustment I asked for which was excessively priced. When I contacted them, they said they were not coming out unless I paid the invoices for which I was not prepared to do as it was for deficiencies, aside from the work I asked which should not have been more that $500 tops. They set the basis to the deck so high that we would need at least 3 steps up to the deck when it is on a slop grade down!!All is explained in attached email sent to him. The warrantee was for one year however this relates to the deficiencies he was to fix but kept stalling clearly they know the drill, I did not! The cascading rock by retaining wall is over 4' and rocks keep falling. We are concerned they will fall on the grandkids, or they may access the area when we are not there and end up getting hurt. They are little and it is a challenge to keep them away from the area.
