    ?? FREIGHTCOM LOST A $5000 SHIPMENT – THIS IS HOW THEY "RESOLVE" IT ??
    After over 60 days of waiting, chasing, and receiving zero explanation, Freightcom has officially lost a 4' x 8' shipment worth over $5000. Their response?
    ?? A $100 payout
    ?? A refund of $184.03 shipping fees
    ?? And * **** ********, hiding behind the excuse that I didn’t purchase "extra insurance"
    So let me get this straight — if I don’t buy extra insurance, Freightcom believes that gives their carriers a free pass to mishandle, lose, or destroy my shipment with no accountability?
    Where is the basic responsibility to safely transport a package you were paid to deliver?
    Freightcom's handling of this has been ******* ***** ** ************ No communication. No ownership. No answers. Just a weak settlement and an attitude that *******, "Not our problem."
    If this is how they treat their customers, * ******** **** ****** ***** ********** ** ***** ***** * ********** ** ****** shipping high-value items. Because once it’s gone, they walk away.
    *** ******* **** ******** ******* ******* **** ********* **** **** **** ********* ******* ************ ** **** *** ******** ** *** *** * ***** **. It's time Freightcom is held accountable.

    ***** ***** ********** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** ****** Their lack of support for customers and tendency to side with couriers over clients is alarming. Twice in the past two years, I've encountered issues with couriers hired through Freightcom, resulting in lost, delayed, and damaged shipments with no compensation offered.
    In my most recent experience, I shipped three 5-gallon pails from Montreal to Vancouver using UN-certified containers via ****** through the Freightcom platform. The shipment went missing, with no updates on the tracking page. After filing a claim, the shipment miraculously reappeared six weeks late, with one of the pails destroyed. Despite using UN-certified containers, I was blamed for inadequate packaging. This delay not only cost me and my client a job but also left me responsible for the destroyed product. To add insult to injury, Freightcom sent the $200.00 shipping bill to collections.
    Freightcom's customer service is dismal, ****** **** * ******* ** ***** ***** *** **** ***** ******** ** ******** *** **** **** ********* **** ***** ********* ******** ******* *** *********** ****** ***** *** *********** ** *** ****** **** *************
