    I placed my order on 15 of February. The order was for $147.54USD.

    I received the order on March 4. I attempted to utilize the covers but they didn’t fit the shape of my couch. Additionally the material was see through and poor quality compared to what they indicated on the website.


    On March 4 I emailed for a return as indicated on their website. They claim there is a 30 day money back guarantee. There are no requirements on their website for a money back guarantee.

    On March 5 they replied that I needed to send a photo of the couch covers on to begin the return process. I replied immediately and explained Given they didn’t fit my couch I explained I could not put them on and even if I could I didn’t think the material was what was advertised.

    I received no response and emailed them on March 6 and 8. They responded on March 17 and with a request for photos. I replied immediately explaining again I’m not sending photos. I can’t. I also asked for a copy of where they explained this was a return expectation. They sent me a link to a return page that could not be accessed from their website and expired after 24 hours.

    I emailed them on March 17, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.

    They emailed me on April 3, one day before the 30 day window expired with the following options:

    Option 1: A 20% discount on your next order.

    Option 2: A price adjustment if you'd like to purchase the correct item (additional shipping & processing fees apply).

    Option 3: A 30% refund to your original payment method.

    I explained to them none of these are acceptable and I want to know how to get my full refund as their website says I could have.

    I have received no response to date.

    I ordered sofa covers from Sofa Guards on 11/1 and the items arrived on 11/11. The product color was slightly off from advertised and did not work well in my space. I contacted the company the next day to start a return or exchange.     I ordered sofa covers from this company that offers a 30 day warranty. I ordered the covers on October 17th 2023. I paid $235. It took about two weeks to get the covers. I opened them up to find that they were very poor quality. The fabric was practically see through. I emailed customer support to get a refund. They requested a picture of the product which I provided. They then email me stating that they won't refund money for quality complaints.
