    Do not count on Clera to do follow up or warranty work. Several windows were installed at a home for us by Clera. My husband identified immediately that there was a crack in a slider window pull and also defective screens. Kevin ( sales rep) assured us that this would be addressed. Now over a year and 1/2 this simple replacement has not been done. They did send a team once and the window replacement they brought did not fit despite providing them the measurements that they should have had and they did not have the screens. Even the team was disgruntled as they had travelled 2 hours to do the job. We have been ping ponged between Kevin and Ryan(another sales rep) via emails and still no results. ***** ****** ** * ****** ** **** *** ** *** *** **** ******* **** **** ** ***** Wish we had talked to him first. Even taking downtime into account with covid this is disappointing and would never recommend them to anyone. ***** *******

    We replaced the sliding back doors with new Clera garden doors and they look fantastic. When faced with an issue with replacing the existing trim, Shane our installer helped us find options and was able to complete the install very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, meticulous and cleaned up everything along the way. He was an absolute pleasure !
