    Many problems with this company
Lies: I was guaranteed that "every installer is an Irvine employee". They are not.
Tiles: Incorrect order for grout, installer was rude, cut corners, did not use spacers.
    Floors:
The installer also NOT an Irvine employee. Arrived in a rusted, unmarked van that stalled on my driveway and had to stay there until the next day.
Cut all materials in my garage and some inside the house. The air was saturated with vinyl dust. Made me ill.
Walls and baseoards were scrached or knicked on several locations.
Left a mess: Vinyl dust and pieces of carpet and carpet dust all over my equipment and supplies in the garage and inside the house.
Furniture, kitchen utensils, china and even food in the pantry is covered with vinyl and carpet pieces. I had to go sleep in a hotel.
I moved ALL the furniture, dismounted beds and cleaned everything to make it easy. He did not really move furniture,
I paid $300.00 for them to move all the furniture, before AND after.
They scratched the "scratch resistant" floor, and left staples all over the floor
They dropped dap on the floor on several spots. Then tried to clean with spit! Spitting on the floor and rubbing with their fingers.
Not enough transitions were ordered. He used cardboard and tape. After complaint temporary metal ones were installed.
They promised that missing transitions, quarter round and replacement of plank would be done today, Tue Sept 23rd 2025, 9:30. After 10:30 I emailed to complain as I had to leave. They showed up past 11:30 am
I already paid them $8,000.00 for the floor. I want the balance adjusted (300 for moving furniture and 2,000 for extra hotel, kennel, having to eat out for five days, stress and disruptions)
