I contracted them to move me from Ontario to New Brunswick. Before signing I was asked if I had *** Membership. I said yes. They informed me I would get a $200 credit on my *** Membership after the move. When I called about the $200 credit, they told me it takes 2 months. I have now waited 5 months, and no one returns my calls or emails. Do not trust them.Business response

Good afternoon,
I have emailed the client to discuss his concern with him and no reply back as of yet. I will be following up with a telephone call tomorrow. I am not seeing a record of this customer having a *** Membership at the time of their booking. Once the customer can confirm their membership we will look into the credit.

I have been in contact with Mr. ********* and I have provided him with a refund of $200.00, in which he agreed to. The refund has been completed this evening and the refund receipt has been sent to Mr. ********* for his records

We contracted this company to help us move across Canada from ON to NB. They were to pick up goods on the 29th of August and deliver on Sept 2 to Miramichi. Driver called on the 27 and asked to start inventory. We agreed, then he started packing the truck and at that time asked us when we are to be delivered. We advised the second. He told us that's an issue. I advised I booked according to the company and had Tricia book those two dates in. He called his office, said stuff would be delivered on the 3rd. Then texted stuff coming the 4th. Then texted that the stuff wasn't coming till the 7th. We have five days on a hotel bill because of their changes to the plan! On-top of this delay, there was an overflow on a second truck. We can't get anyone to even pick up the call. We told them we were holding funds until delivery but they ran the credit card on file anyways. They now have our stuff ******* and aren't taking our calls. We've paid and this is *****, please advise.Business response

Contact Phone: *********** Contact Email: *********@***********.com This clients shipment was delayed due to a truck breakdown on September 4th and could not get into a shop due to labor day weekend till the Tuesday the 7th when it was repaired and delivered on the same day. client did have a over flow as the whole shipment didn't fit on the first truck, there were discrepancy on the amount of items being shipped which led to everything not fitting. the overflow/ remaining items were delivered on Sept 17th.
