I contacted Mr. Rallison as we needed a septic repair, Rick R******* (owner of Rallison's landscaping) Rick came by, provided a quote, a time frame and a guarantee of quality of work. Less then 2 years later the septic bed (repair) has failed. He initially told me he would warranty his work and stand behind it, however now I have contacted him by 5 times, have scheduled dates and appointments for him to come and rectify and complete the job he was hired to do as per building code and he has not once shown up or contacted the writer to advise he wouldn't be able to make it. I have since followed up with a registered letter requesting completion of work to proper code, he showed up with 3 days remaining in time frame I requested and advised me that he wouldn't be able to show up the following week as he was booked. I to this agreed as he confirmed he would have someone from his company there to complete the job and repair it to building code standards the following week.... again he never showed up, or reached out to me to advise me of this and to reschedule another time. Im simply looking to have the work completed to current building code and standards and to complete the work that he started.
