    Mine is one of 3 complaints listed here. We took him to court, and judgment found in our favour for fraud, breach of contract and abandonment of project. I urge all you to do the same if you have a case. Take him to court, go to OPP - he won't show up, he'll make more excuses with sop stories and still default. Everyone he's taken money from deserves their money back. More charges against him. With my judgment in hand, I'm going to OPP (******) and filing criminal charges and the more cases against him that come in, the better. Again, I urge you to do the same. People like this need to have their name and company logged in as criminals - for fraud, breach of contract at minimum. Tell EVERYONE EVERYWHERE about this man and his "company". Every social media or review site you can get to... warn others. We are going after him, we could use the momentum to bring this guy to justice. From friends in the vicinity, I've learned he's not the only one who's been getting away with c*** contact me directly at cnoccedar at gmail to add your case for OPP
