      -PARAMOUNT SADDLERY ****** Quebec representative, ******* *******-********, delivered a "custom made" saddle on June 28 2021. -First week of July 2021, my horse starts to buck under saddle, sometimes refuses to move forward, refuses to turn, runs into fences and tries to get me off. I am put in a very damaging position in the saddle & start experiencing chronic back, sacral, psoas, ************* pains. I contact ******* to explain the issues.-Between June 2021 & Sept. 2022, ******* came numerous times to try & fix the issues by adjusting the wool flocking of the saddle. I contacted her every time after her visits to tell her nothing had improved. I have written records.-During this period, massage ********************* both said, every time, the horse had severe & abnormal tensions in the lumbar/sacral area, the *************** I saw multiple specialists (internal medicine) to try & find the cause of my chronic pains.-July 14 & 27 2022, my horse bucked me off twice, injuring me. I sent him to a specialist trainer because we still thought the horse might have behavioral issues. The trainer saw the saddle & refused to use it, saying that saddle did not fit the horse at all.-Aug. 16 2022, **** Bandbury, ***************** *******, comes to see the saddle. **** tells me he wants to modify something on the saddle, but that ultimately, if that doesn't fix the issue, they would take the saddle back & refund me entirely.-Sept. 16 2022, ******* brings back the saddle. Horse shows the same behavior as before. ******* leaves with the *********** agree to the refund.-Sept. 21 2022, ******* confirms, after speaking to the 2 owners (***** ***************** Bandbury) , that I would get reimbursed.-Since then, they have the saddle, ******* ghosted me, the owners screamed at my lawyer & denied the refund agreement, & ignored the formal notice that was sent.Please help me. I am not alone in this situation, they owe money and products not delivered to several people in **.

      I ordered a custom saddle for my horse from **** *******, the owner of Paramount Saddlery, on December ******. I was assured that the materials to make the saddle were in stock and I would have the saddle by mid *******. I received an email estimate of the saddle and sent the required $1,000 deposit on Dec. 14, 2024 to ***** ******* - ****** wife and business partner. ******* came and went and I texted **** on Feb. 20 on when I would be getting the saddle. **** responded on Feb. 23 that the tree was on it's way from ******* and that he had separated from his wife. On March 1st I texted him that I wanted to cancel the order with no response. I then texted ***** who said they would return my deposit. Since then I have reached out to both ***** and **** with no response. It should be noted that ******* email address is no longer active ********************************
