    We had a electric contract Serenity Electric Ltd. , to upgrade the panel and to complete the work in one month. We etransfer $1750 in advance to purchase the panel on Jan 27th, 2022. After taking money from us, Paul, who runs the business was not picking up the call and not responding to emails. Once a month, after sending so many emails, they will respond to one email. When the city was ready to come and work in May he didn’t have a Panel he postponed twice the appointment saying he didn’t have a panel and the Panel not available in the market. Even though the panel was available in the market and I have shared the link of where 200 panels are available. He was supposed to purchase from the advance paid in Jan. When we tried calling him he is not picking up the call or respond email after a month. He wanted to take more money from us and started acting like they needs to purchase a new panel from a different company. I mentioned I have already paid the money to purchase and he said it was a new panel and he need more money. We didn’t agree at first but we said that after bringing the panel we will pay the amount on the same day, he said without paying the additional money he can come and work. We don’t want to do that since we already paid $1750 in advance and we don’t want o lose more money.

    I have asked them to return the money, but no response.

    We request you to get money back from Serenity which we paid $1750.Also, **** ****** *** ******* ****** **** ** ** *** ******.
