    Awful experience with this company; it's service unbelievable out of norm, extremely high with zero specialty; technician's service was bellow standard, too rude, unprofessional, *** *********** They charged me for 3 indoor hints alignment $1580. ************* **** *** *******

    My house's back door main frame was rotting near the ground level on both sides During an internet search, C&A Locksmith's name came up and they said they can repair the rotting door frame. They sent a technician who quoted $1200 dollars but I bargained down to $900 for removing the rotted wood, filling the holes with wood filler in successive thin layers, and applying paintable sealant on the surfaces when the material is dry. However, belatedly I found out that the technical did not apply wood hardener and filled three large holes, each 4 inches wide by 2" deep, with wood filler in a single application and before they were completely dry, had applied pure silicon caulk all over the surface of the wood filler filled holes. And he said the job was done and disappeared after collecting money. The next day the wood filler sagged substantially and popped out of the silicone caulk, with multi-cracks everywhere. I also found out the silicone caulk was not paintable and should have never been used in the first place. It was a terrible job and they never came back to repair the damage despite numerous calls.     Guy came in and provided me an estimate as well as cash payment; requested a 12-month warranty on their work as well as a lower pricing with a bill. He informed me that I had to pay cash, however, he could give me a 10% discount with no taxes.

    I call them to fix broken spring of a garage door. Sunday. Payed $1028 whit taxes. ** *** ***** **** ** ** **** *** *** **** ***** * **** **** **** ********* ** ******** Work was done fast.

    *** ** **** *** **** ******* *** ***** ***** **** ****** I called ******* **** ******* and expected Ontario door repairs, instead C&A showed up (which I didn't know until after the repair was completed.)
    Was told on the phone by ******* **** ******* only $45 for call and $75 for diagnosis. Onsite the tech said after it was $375 for a diagnosis but truly I only heard the $75. Bottom line they wanted to charge over $1400 taxes for a door repair that they fixed in 20 mins with a small screw. I wouldn't pay that amount and had to bargain down to $600 Plus tax.     DOOR GARAGE GEAR NEEDED TO REPAIRED, HE REMOVE THE ENTIRE GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHILE I WAS NOT AT HOME. HE CHARGED ME $761 FOR PART AND INSTALLATION, HE QUOTED PART TO BE $496 AND $275 LABOUR.
    PART IS $296+TAX AT **** ***** AND THEY CHARGE $149 FOR THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION.
    HE STARTED WORKING WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION FROM MY SIDE AS I WAS NOT AT HOME AND WIFE DID NOT KNOW WHO IS COMING. HE WAS THERE TO INSPECT BUT HE REMOVED THE GARGE DOOR OPENER, AND INSTEAD OF CHNAGING THE GEAR ($225 INCLUIDNG LABOR), HE REPLACED THE ENTIRE UNIT AND CHARGED $761. WHEN I CALLED HIM HE SAID DONT CALL ME AS THE JOB IS DONE NOW, HE CANT DO ANYTHING.

    I was given their number by a neighbour trying to help me. I asked if they could repair the door that had some damage, they said that the technician would come for an estimate to determine that. I said OK and we arranged an appointment, they had to reschedule me once but, otherwise communication was great and they were prompt.
    Well, the technician came, took measurements and offered some options of which we later agreed, I paid a deposit so they could get started. He quoted me 1255 to fix the door, frame and locks and took him about two hours. The work was done well and I paid by credit card in case of any issues.
