"Blackbird took over our rental house over 2 years ago and I can honestly say this has been the most stressful experience I’ve had in my life. They are constantly constructing stories to fit their narratives, **** ***** **** *** **** ** *** ****, they tried to fake evict us almost 2 years ago which obviously didn’t work, they refuse to deal with maintenance issues until a bylaw complaint is filed, they don’t communicate anything to the tenants so we are left to deal with construction/unexpected visitors, they leave doors/windows wide open to the property and then just leave giving anyone/everything access to the house and to top it off they gaslight their tenants purely for enjoyment." ...
