      The business says it buys unwanted gift cards so i opted to sell my 3 ******* gift cards for about 87% roughly they gave me a quote for 238.25 for all 3 they said that it would take 5-15 days i placed my order to sell on 05/28/2025 the gift cards were drained of the balance right after i submitted the order i have not been paid i started off emailing support and they said i was in line for payout then i seen a text only number on top right of their page so i started texting them i text them once everyday asking about my payment and they say the same thing im in line for payout and still til today have not received an estimate payout date or anything.

      I submitted a $400 ****** gift card to GiftCash on June 3, 2025. The card was verified, and by June 12, I was told it was already queued for payout. However, today is June 17, and the payout has still not been released.

      I’ve followed up multiple times, and each time I receive vague responses such as “your payout is still with our team” or “we’ll update you when the payment is released.” Despite repeated assurances, there has been no movement, and I’m told they can’t see what date it was even queued for.

      I also contacted my bank (*****) and confirmed that no ACH transfer has even been initiated from GiftCash or their payout partners (***** ****, etc.).

      This is not the first time I’ve used GiftCash, and previous payouts were much faster. This delay, lack of clear communication, and failure to provide a timeline are unacceptable — especially for a verified card with no complications.

      I am requesting immediate resolution and payout, or at the very least, a clear and specific explanation for the delay.

      I’ve submitted three fully verified gift card orders through GiftCash, totaling over $5,100. All cards in these orders have been fully drained of their balances (valued over $5,800), indicating that they’ve been processed by the company with confirmation that I have been approved for payout. However, despite this and multiple follow-ups, I’ve still not received payout or a confirmation of payout being initiated or processed.

      Two fully processed orders, worth $1,650 — gift cards drained of funds, yet still unpaid.?

      GiftCash committed to paying 88% of the gift card value via direct deposit within 5–15 days. Both orders were verified, approved, and confirmed to be “in line for payout” — yet weeks have passed with no payment or further confirmation. Instead of honoring the clear process communicated early on, the company has since introduced new, vague explanations and continues to delay payout without resolution.

      Before placing my order, I was proactive. I reviewed complaints online, noticed most were eventually resolved, and emailed their support team with detailed questions about safety, timeframes, and common issues. I received fast, polite, and detailed responses explaining potential delays — none of which applied to my order or ever mentioned a “batch payout” process. That level of support continued after my orders were placed, and to their credit, customer service has remained consistently quick and courteous.

      However, that responsiveness hasn’t translated into results or any concrete assurance regarding payment.?My cards were fully drained immediately, my orders approved (as confirmed by their customer service department via email), and yet I’ve received no payout. After my cards were confirmed as verified and scheduled for payment, I was told only afterward that “batch processing” was the reason for the delay — something never mentioned during any of our earlier conversations.
      There’s still no structure, timeline, or clarity about when I’ll be paid, which closely mirrors what others have described in similar unresolved complaints.
      It seems the only way to get paid is to submit a formal, public complaint.
      Otherwise, I will be waiting indefinitely.
      I hope to update this complaint with a full resolution soon.

      I sold a gift card in the amount of $100 to this company back on March 28, 2025. I was told that if I had not received my funds in 30 days that I needed to escalate it to the correct person in the company. That is what I’ve been trying to do for the past week. Every time I tell them that I have not received my funds that they offered me theysend me the same ****** copy and pasted line every time I send them a message with the complaint.. They tell me that my order is still pending and they are just waiting on their Account payable team to make the payout to me and to release the funds. I don’t believe they are making any of the necessary steps to pay me the $84 they offered me or to refund my gift card. Mygift card is now it is zero dollar balance and I have not received any of the funds promised to me for the sale of this gift card

      On April 10, 2025, I submitted two **** *** gift cards to GiftCash totaling $221.10. The initial offer was $201.91, with payout promised within 5–15 business days. The funds were pulled from the cards on April 22.

      Due to a delay, GiftCash support offered a 5% bonus per card, increasing the expected payout to $212.97. I chose to be paid via ACH, which includes a $1 processing fee, making my final expected payout $211.97.

      As of April 30 — the 15th business day — I still have not received payment or any confirmed payout date. My most recent request for an update was ignored.

      Their terms state that payouts are “typically completed within 5–15 business days,” but I am now at the far end of that range with no resolution or transparency.

      I am requesting that GiftCash immediately send the promised $211.97 payout and provide confirmation of the transfer.

      I’ve send an order to sell a couple of gift cards to giftcash totaling $83 on March 15, 2025 and as of today April 28, 2025 I have not received the deposit for the $83 yet. They promised a 15 day window but failed to deliver. I have proof of my claim which will be uploaded here.
