    My furnitures/belongings were picked up october 24th with a promise to deliver two weeks from pick up time. 2 guys showed up early, took their sweet time loading my items. They would answer phone call in the middle of the job or take random breaks. I knew they were trying to add extra hours to the job. Then one said my furniture were going to surpass the weight initially quoted for. New quote comes back $1000 more the initial quote. Then they wanted me to pay full amount on the same day. I had to pay $3000 up front when the contract stated im required to pay half at pick up. I chose to compliant so to get it over with. Now im ****** **** trying to get my furniture back. Its been more than a month now. Ive been calling, spoken to different people ************************** im not even sure if those are their real names. Nobody can tell me where my furnitures are or when it will be delivered. Issues with trucks and weather they say. Im sick worried **** **** *******, they took my money and now have my furnitures and belongings.Ive been living in a empty house, eat on my mattress its infuriating. Im filing a police report and getting a lawyer.     I have had the worst experience with this **** ** * company and still have not recieved my stuff-I was quoted a price that ended up being way higher, was quoted 2-4 days to get my delivery at my new address and today is day 12 with no delivery date confirmed. ***** ****** *** ********* *** **** ** ********* ** ******* * I have been **** to over and over and no one actually can ever give you a straight answer. ** *** *** **** *************

    ***** **** * **** ** * ***** they showed up 4 1/2 late they broke and damage a lot of my items and now ghost you when you try to resolve the issue. ** *** *** this company they will also make an excuse to have to leave items behind and charge you $1300 more or they keep your items **** **** * **** ******* I wish someone would do something to protect people out there from ****** companies like this.

    ACVL took a $200 deposit from me and never showed up . We had to rent a truck and do the move ourselves . I've tried to no avail to get a refund and don't believe one will ever be issued . ***** ******* **

    * **** * ******* ********* regarding the move conducted by All Canada Van Lines on October 15, 2025. The events that occurred constitute ***** mismanagement, damage to property, and ******** business practices.
    The move was scheduled for 10:00 AM. The crew did not pick up our items until 5:00 PM and did not arrive to offload at the destination until approximately 7:30 PM. They offloaded for roughly 30 minutes, then refused to continue unless I agreed to pay the invoice in full.
    The team subsequently attempted to pressure me to pay nearly double the original quoted amount, citing a crew member’s apparent accident and the dispatch of a crew from Victoria. I was never informed that sending a crew from Victoria would incur additional charges. The crew then pressured me into drafting an email stating I would pay the amount “tomorrow,” *********** to continue to stop off-loading otherwise. I did not make any payment, and I refute that email as authorization to pay any additional charges.
    During the move, the crew handled items ***********, causing damage to furniture and the walls. Their conduct demonstrated no regard for proper handling, safety, or mitigation of damage.
    This conduct constitutes, at minimum:
    Withholding property to compel payment,
    Attempting to impose additional fees without prior agreement,
    ********** resulting in damage to property, and
    ******** pressure to obtain an email commitment to pay, which I did not accept as consent.
    I formally refuted all additional charges and requested immediate action:
    Immediate review by a senior corporate escalation representative and direct contact with me tomorrow.
    Full compensation for all damage caused during the move,
    * **** **** ******* ******** ******** ********** ****, it was never fully rectified, they refused to pay for damages and never allowed me to talk to anyone from their cooperate office.

    I had booked ***** ***** For a November 1st 9AM move and i got a call at 6AM saying their truck broke down and they cant do the move now until Nov 6 or 7, But a day earlier they called asking if i was flexible on the date i said absolutely not i had to be out of the place by noon Nov 1st as that was the end of my lease, they said no problem we were just checking. I then received that 6 am call the next day Cancelling. Its been 12 days i have called 5 differant times asking for the refund of my deposit. Everytime they tell me i would see the refund in 3-4 Business days its been today is the 8th business day and still no refund i called again today and was now told i need to draft a email requesting a refund.     I had arranged for a move in August while I was in Quebec (I live in BC). I gave them a deposit of 310$ back in August. The day they were to meet me, they called me 1 hour before the pick up to notify me their truck was in Winnipeg and they could not send a truck to pick things up. I was told that since it was their mistake, they would reimburse me the deposit. We are in November and I have not yet seen my money beside being told 4 times that I should receive it in the following week. Nice enough people at the end of the line. No follow through.

    This company picked up my belongings on 10th of October from Edmonton Ab. to be delivered to be delivered to ***** **** Ontario and my belongings was not delivered at all. I phoned them number of times, every time they come up with different stories. Now they can see that I phoning and don’t answer the phone at all. I am concern where about where is my stuff is and if I am going to get it at all.

    After going over our signed agreement and what AllCanadaVanlines charged me I would say that ACV breached the agreement. **** **** ********* ** *** * ******* ** sending 3 men, not the the 2 men in the signed agreement. ACV also charged me for moving a appliance which they did not. They also did not follow the instructions on the start time which was to be between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm, and ******** me until they got their way, which I didn't agree too when they repeatedly called that morning. I was not prepared for them to show up 6 hours before the agreed time. Then they ******** me for the payment or they would not unload the truck. I absolutely did not ask for 3 men and stated so in our many emails. Also the sales rep was informed there would be no washer or dryer to be moved. The men who did the move were slow and only one person spoke English. There was one guy there ** ******* who practically did nothing. They used so much shrink wrap we had bags and bags of it to discard, let alone how time consuming applying that much shrink wrap took. When they got to the new home they were helped by someone who made the move go a lot faster than they could and most of the moved items were put on one floor of the building. I assume they charged me for the person who was as it appeared to be training the movers as well as driving the truck because the movers didn't have a license..

    Fee for stairs 150.00
    4.5 hrs x 2men 630.00
    GST 5% 63.13

    They refuse to communicate with you once you book. I tried to cancel my move and they will not confirm that I have cancelled. I didn't even ask for a refund of the deposit, I know better than that. Nothing... crickets. It's been almost a month since a manager named ****** said he would check and get back to me as soon as possible. Nothing. Glad I cancelled! **** **** ** *** ***** **************
