    We requested regular cleaning on their website, it was our first time using them, however the website wasn’t easy to understand, the cost of a full house clean with monthly promotion was $309 plus tax and if you choose the individual rooms and bathrooms like we did because we didn’t know how the site worked it was $275 including tax. We chose to clean our living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 is powder and 1 is master) we didn’t realize that master bathroom is a separate tab to choose below on the page. We also opted to not include our 4 bedrooms and dining room in this cleaning because we felt it was pricy enough and we can handle the other rooms. There was enough time for a walkthrough prior to the cleaning since I booked it few days prior. There was enough time to ask us questions about the service and clarify any possible misunderstanding. The day they came to clean my wife and I weren’t home until halfway through the cleaning, the cleaner said that they decided on their own that we needed a deep clean in the master bathroom and the shared washroom upstairs and they wanted to negotiate a new price for the extra service they did without asking us if we wanted it.
