    On December 3 2023, I placed an order from: ********************* and have not received it as of this date. My order consisted of 2 "wooden handmade red truck Christmas tree ornaments" priced at $12.00 each + $12.00 shipping fee. I used my visa credit card for this purchase and it was charged $36.00 on Dec 3 2023. I have made several attempts to contact this online seller, but to date have had no response. These were: May 9 2024, Sept 22 2024, Oct 15 2024, Nov 3 2024. These attempts were sent to the online business email: *************************. On Nov 13 2024 I attempted another avenue for contact. I placed a comment/inquiry on one of her recent ******** videos and again there has been no response. (I was reluctant but need resolution) A link to E******* online business is routinely featured in the comments of her videos, which is how I stumbled upon it. Her ******** channel can be found simply by typing in her name on that website. I reviewed my monthly credit card statements since purchase date, in case I might have missed a refund issued by this business, and there has been none. Thank you for your assistance. R***** *****

    Multiple attempts were made to ship these items over the course of a year. Both times in which the item was returned by the shipper. A refund issued

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I believe the statement from this business to be untrue. If in fact attempts were made to ship my order that proved unsuccessful, why was I not contacted? Upon placing my original order, I had inadvertently made an error in my mailing address which was: "*** *******", instead of *** *******. The rest of the address was correct and I had subsequently notified *********************, in case this was a reason for non delivery of my order. I still feel that the order would have been delivered to me in spite of my error. Why did this business not respond to any of my inquiries? I never did receive a refund as was stated by business. I just reviewed my past credit card statements again, and all I see is the charge to my account on Dec 3 2023, and no refund during any of the subsequent months. I am not pleased with the business response. I just need a refund so that I can be done with this negative experience. Thank you. R***** *****

    On Saturday Nov 23 2024 I filed a complaint with ******* (used by ********************* to run her online store) with respect to this non compliant seller. That same day I received my very first contact ever from this business indicating that a refund for $36.00 would be issued. On Sunday Nov 24 I received a second, more formal notice that a refund to my credit card account would follow. On Monday Nov 25, my credit card account showed that this refund was pending. However, on Tuesday Nov 26, there is no record of this pending transaction, and my refund has not occurred. This is very poor and unacceptable business practice.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I'm unclear as to why the refund process was shown as a pending transaction on my credit card account on Nov 25 and then it disappeared from the account on Nov 26.  However, now my credit card account states that the refund has been posted (finalized).  I have never seen this happen before, so I had suspected the business had somehow reversed the refund process.  All appears to be in order now and I'm pleased to have reached a successful conclusion with the help of BBB.  Thank you very much.  R***** *****
