    We needed to have our roof replaced after only 16/17 years due to poor workmanship when replaced in the past. My husband and I contacted Integrity about the job. They quickly came out to check things out and build a quote. After the quote was given, we agreed and hired them to complete the job, and I am SO thankful that we did. The day they came by I had to be out of the house for the entire day, but they kept me informed with many pictures and update messages throughout the day. When they discovered just how poorly the prior contractor had done with repairing the roof, they contacted me to discuss. They provided pictures of the condition and offered to wait until I was able to come home to review it for myself. From the pictures alone I was able to determine that I trusted their judgement and so we went with a full re-decking. They worked over 12 hours that day to ensure that they would still be within the originally discussed schedule for completion. The next day the shingles arrived and all went according to plan from their on out.
    Some of the (many) ways this team went above on this job were: on day one, I forgot to move all my outdoor flower pots, they took the initiative to do that (without me mentioning it, I only noticed they did it when I got home). They also brought multiple large tarps to cover my garden beds, and knowing that I had young children who like to run around outside and they made multiple passes with the magnetic sweeper to ensure my yard was clean of nails.
    The whole time they kept me updated on progress and any price adjustments and even though one day the temperature unexpectedly reached above 30 degrees, they worked diligently to get the job done.
    I am incredibly grateful for the Integrity Team, the work they did and the care they gave when doing it. I will be referring them to anyone I get the chance to and will be calling them for our next job; replacing out deck and siding.
