  After receiving several quotes I decided on this business to replace 10 windows in my house. Steve was informative when doing the site visit to prepare the quote and gave me confidence with the questions asked and explanations given. The windows were ready for install earlier than expected. The crew were timely, courteous, and efficient. Initially, the crew were not going to wrap the window frames (as indicated in the national building code) but I insisted. Work was done in Oct25 and no problems. I would recommend them.

  Had to take this company to small claims court over a door installed a year ago. ***** (the *****) ponied up with a questionable lawyer who was reprimanded for improper use of funds by the law society and fully willing to lie under oath.
  Lost the case but learned that it is far far better to work with an actually competent professional company who will warranty and stand by their work especially in cases of more expensive or specialty doors and windows.
  Deal with Delorey and Levy and expect to be told to cheap out and cut corners, and have work done by absolute buffoons who have no business doing any sort of construction work. I was literally told by their ***** to hire in a handyman when they seemed unable to correct the issues and yet they completely deny this. This is a company barely hanging on and for good reason.

  I contacted several door and window companies in late spring for a door replacement. Delorey & Levy stood out from the start—they were the quickest to provide a quote, offered the best price, and had the shortest installation timeframe. Steve was fantastic to work with, and thanks to favorable weather, they were able to replace the door even earlier than planned.
  However, what was supposed to be a straightforward installation quickly turned into a nightmare. The original contractor had done such a poor job that the entire area around the door, right down to the foundation, was rotted. The front wall of our home was essentially gone. What should have been a one-day install turned into a three-day ordeal.
  Steve came out immediately, was honest, and reassured us throughout the process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Steve and the entire crew listened to our concerns and kept us informed every step of the way. They were extremely respectful of our property, leaving it in better condition than upon their arrival, despite having scaffolding set up in our gardens along the entire front of the house.
  The final invoice was more than fair—we were genuinely shocked. This crew went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We definitely made the right choice and will use them for all future projects. You can’t go wrong with Delorey & Levy.
