I have booked appointment for medical test for me and my wife with the terms that we can reschedule as many times as we like until we hear from ???? IRCC or get refund with deductions. We booked appointments for our medical test for me and my wife with the same terms and paid $400. We did reschedule in 3 times and now have decide to cancel the booking. we realize we should not go with this clinic after reading reviews and their behaviour with us till date. So asked to give $300 back ( requesting since April) as per the terms on which they have they have denied to do so now they are refusing to provide any appointment and then to reschedule if I require. so, they’re not fulfilling either of the terms mentioned by then in email and over the phone while collecting the money. I request your organization to please help me to get this dispute settled and to get my money back because I have seen the doctors way of talk and dealing.he’s not a professional person at all where is a doctors are highly professional people and he is authorized by ???? IRCC I read about some reviews about him over the Internet and they are not good so now I am scared about my and my family test that this doctor can manipulate the results even. We were living in NZ before coming to Canada. We have choose Halifax as city and Canada as country for our lifetime home. Please don’t leave us with a bad experience and impression that we have to be scared while dealing with others. We have moved to Canada in 2020 but to Halifax in 2021. We are loving Atlantic’s Canada , and happy till date and help us to be like this only.
