I was a customer with seaside communications for approx 2 years. I didn't have to many complaints until the last few months with them. My service durastically became horrible. Almost to the point where it was not usable. I made multiple calls to them to try and resolve my service issue. They never made any progress each call. Multiple times they told me they were going to call me back with a solution but never received a phone call back. I asked for discounts on bills due to my service not being what it used to be and they denied me each time. I got fed up with making phone calls and found a different service provider. After paying my last bill with them (which I was not happy about) I requested to have all there equipment removed from my house. Approx a month later they finally decided to come take it off. I'm not happy they just took the antenna and left the mount attached to my house. Now I'm going to have to pay someone to come remove it when I requested for all the equipment to be removed. I want them to refund me 3 months service and remove the mount from my home. When the mount is removed they are to put small dabs of clear silicone in the screw holes that will be in the fascia.Business response

Thank you for forwarding your concerns. We normally do not remove the antenna mount bracket due to the holes it will cause which is the homeowner's responsibility to repair as per the terms and conditions on our website and in the service agreements provided to customers at time of install. We will send the technician to your property on January 25th to remove the bracket as per your request and fill the holes. Please confirm if this date is adequate, and that no persons in your home are currently isolating or waiting for test results in regards to covid-19.
A service credit was provided to you on Dec 1, 2021 for the amount of $41.06. There will be no further credits to your account.
