  We were contacted about a water test , we agreed. Rep came talked and tested for 4 hrs. asked multiple time to leave,had to work. Another rep came, same spiel and tests (4hrs) promising fresh clean and clear drinking, cooking and bathing water, money savings on salt than our system, and no more buying water. Rep gave discounts, a soap package and med kit. Regretfully we signed on feb 22/22 and found the price of $11,212.50 @8.09% financing. Tech installed and said let it go through regen process to flush system. No luck, techs came 5 times trying to make right. Once ,was hooked up wrong and adjusted. Adjusted multiple times and suggested it might be hot water tank. We replaced, to no avail. PPMs fluctuate to high #s and ph was way off the charts. 2 family members break out when showering and cat lost some fur. Rep offered a uv and another tank under the sink. The only drinking and cooking water is from the little tank under the sink. Tech recommended not to drink or cook with tap water. Here we are a year later and still having problems, they won't take back. We are using a bag a salt a month, buying water and paying for something that can't handle our water. This isn't what they promised and suggested by their pamphlet ,the 10 day cancellation was impossible due to the waiting for the system to do its thing. Must be a taillight warranty return. We would advise people to get a PPM meter. Now, Mar 8/23 still not suitable tap water.
