            I financed a car after a week of having the car it stop working, they gave me rental without a spare tire I hit a pot hole an pop the tire I called them they told me it was my problem an to deal with it .. I explained where the van was after I was stuck on the side if the highway for 3 hours I got picked up there mini van was.impounded .. they called me three days later told me I had to pay for the impound an towing then told me they will not fix my car that is under warranty till I pay the impound an towing .. I have have not had my car for two weeks they said there no way out of my.contract.with them when I only had the car.for a week an they will not fix it .

            I had originally given ******** and this company a 5 star review. To say I wouldn't recommend this company is an understatement. Extremely unprofessional and I can bet money I would have been treated with more respect. Have not even had the car 2 years. An issue present when I bought it , took it back, they PATCHED it up and the trunk fills with water AGAIN! BEING told Tough was not the answer I would have chosen as owner-- shame on you..

            Thank you for your comments, we always appreciate feedback, good, bad or otherwise. This is correct that we did have a problem with the vehicle and we did fix it correctly. And no one ever said tough. We said we would be happy to look at it but we are booking three weeks out and you wanted to be done when you showed up. It just wasn't possible. We also offered to get it in within a few days if you could leave it with us, but that didnt work for your situation. The owner did go out and look at the car to see if there was any obvious signs of a quick fix. We never once said "tough". We also gave suggestions on what to do if you needed it right away and was asked to let us know what you came up with. We do our best to make everyone happy and sorry that you left feeling that way.
